a sleepy weekend

With nothing planned on Saturday and a big chunk of nesting chores done last weekend we picked up lunch at Seaside Market, packed a blanket, some bubbles and headed to Cuyamaca for the afternoon. It was pretty wonderful. The sun was out, the air was crisp, I even fell asleep under a tree while Ross and Henry did a little exploring. Sunday was spent picking up burritos, working in the yard {Ross} and sewing in the Art Barn {me, until my sewing machine jammed and I went inside for a nap}. Yes there is a pattern here... sleep. I need it. I am so crazy tired. I can barely keep my eyes open. Is there a chance that I will get a little energy before the baby comes? Or am I going to be tired for the rest of 2011? I hope you all had a great weekend! ox.

  2. Okay, can you please send me a list of places I need to visit before I leave in a month? You always have the most fantastic outings to parks and the like. I'm glad you had a relaxing weekend, Alexis. You deserve it.

  3. What are you making? I'm so curious. Love a pile of new fabric just waiting to be formed into something delicious.
