This white fold over card is a total bargain. You can get 50 in a pack {with envelopes} at Micheal's...Look for it on the Martha isle.
{our first Christmas card photo, 2005}
On the back of the card I used my staples stamp {see post 'make a stamp'} and on the envelope I used the "leaf" & "For" stamp. Don't worry if the envelope is a mismatch... in fact the envelope is a good place to save money. You can get inexpensive envelopes online or at an office supply, give it a good stamp and you are good to go. No one ever saves the envelope. So easy, original & handmade.

Same stamp, same idea just different layout with photo corners. A little more time but I always love the way they turn out.

For both of these cards I used 'wallet sized' photos, they fit any size card & look more custom because they are an unusual size. The only downside is that I have yet to find a photo processor that cuts them for you. Yes, I usually cut out each photo {I know a total waste of time} the layout with photo corners could work with a 4x6 but the one with a sticker will probably not hold up with a larger print.
