I have been using unfinished vintage quilts for some of the stockings. This quilt was done by a machine and for some reason there was paper sewn into the quilt in different places. Does anyone know why someone would do that? Whose quilt top was this before it found it's way to the Art Barn? I love the little mysteries that come with things that have a history.
