Waiting for Henry to wake up so that we can drop of some din din to a couple families that both need a little TLC.
On the menu tonight...
*mixed green salad with heirloom tomatoes, cucumber and manchego cheese
*quinoa salad with roasted carrots, green onions, brussel sprouts with a lemon vinaigrette {this was inspired by A Lovely Morning}
*roasted chicken with pancetta
&
*strawberries with cream
