A very successful morning at the Irvine flea market. I am a huge fan of this flea market. It is close to home, the prices are way better then Long Beach & the Rose Bowl + there is no admission fees.
We finally put our
Thomas Campbell board up in the Art Barn. It has been in the surf shed collecting dust and rat poop {yuck} so we dusted it off and hung it on the ceiling with some of my strippedy ribbon. It makes me so happy.
I had too much fun this weekend playing with my new typewriter {YES! I found one... I need to take a picture & post asap}.
On Saturday night I went to a beautiful dinner for designer
Jan Barboglio. Neimans and San Diego Magazine put together a dinner/ photo shoot. The food was divine {catered by
Chef Betsy} and this Wee Mouse was a little gift I took home. fun.
Almost nothing makes my heart flutter more than the typed letters from a Vintage Typewriter! I have a dear friend who types all her letters from a typewriter and sends me at least 3 a week! So old-school and so perfect!
